College readiness for ADHD brains—built on systems, not willpower

Bright teens can still struggle when structure disappears.

The College Launch Program™ helps students build the real-life systems they need before move-in—
so college starts with a plan, not a crisis.

Spring Cohort 2
Starts March 24, 2026

  • (Palm Harbor • In Person)

  • Small group (max 6 students)

  • Enrollment closes March 12 (or when seats fill)

  • ADHD / executive-function informed support

  • Parent strategy support included

Warm, practical, individualized support for capable teens who need systems—not more pressure.

THE PROGRAM- SUMMARY

What This Program Actually Helps With

The College Launch Program™ is a six-week, step-by-step roadmap that installs the real-life systems students need before move-in. Each week builds a specific independence skill — from daily life management to handling pressure and building connection.
Before college starts, we help them build the systems they’ll need to manage:

  • planning and deadlines

  • overwhelm and stress spirals

  • communication and self-advocacy

  • routines, sleep, meds, meals, and daily life

  • support planning for the first semester

This is not tutoring. It’s not “try harder” coaching.
It’s a practical, coach-guided system build for college readiness.

THE OUTCOMES

This Program Is for Families Who Are Thinking…

  • “My teen is smart, but they still need reminders for everything.”

  • “They can do it… but consistency falls apart under stress.”

  • “I’m not worried about intelligence. I’m worried about independence.”

  • “Once college starts, I won’t be there to hold the structure together.”

  • “We need a plan before move-in—not after the first semester goes sideways.”

If that sounds familiar, your teen may not need “more motivation.”
They may need college-ready systems, communication skills, and support planning installed before the transition.

College success is not just about intelligence.
It depends on whether a student can manage:

  • deadlines without daily reminders

  • overwhelm without shutting down

  • communication with professors and support staff

  • routines, sleep, medication, meals, and self-care

  • planning ahead when no one is checking in

Many teens look “fine” in high school because adults are still holding parts of the system.

College changes that fast.

The College Launch Program™ helps your teen build those systems before they are under pressure.

THE OUTCOMES

What Your Teen Will Leave With

This is not a lecture series. It’s a practical, coach-guided build process.

Your teen will leave with:

  • a weekly planning system they can actually use

  • a simple method for tracking deadlines and responsibilities

  • a “brain goes offline” plan for stress/overwhelm moments

  • communication scripts for asking for help early

  • college transition routines (sleep, meds, meals, self-management)

  • a personalized support plan for the first semester

  • more confidence because they know what to do when things wobble

And you get more clarity about how to support independence without constant conflict or micromanaging.

WHY NOW

Why Spring Is the Best Time to Start (Before Move-In)

The College Launch Program™ is hands-on, not just informational.

Students don’t just learn what to do—they build real routines, systems, and support plans they can start using right away, while they are still in high school and still have a home base.

That matters because spring gives them time to practice:

  • weekly planning

  • follow-through routines

  • stress recovery tools

  • communication scripts

  • independence habits (sleep, meds, meals, daily life management.

By the time college starts, they are not trying to invent everything under pressure. They’re using systems they’ve already tested, adjusted, and repeated. That’s what makes this timing so effective.

Why Now (Spring Timing)

Spring is the best time to begin because your teen can build these skills before they are juggling:

  • college coursework

  • social pressure

  • new routines

  • homesickness

  • less adult structure

Instead of reacting to problems after move-in, you can use this season to install the foundation now.

March 24 is the start of the next small-group cohort. Enrollment closes March 19 (or sooner if seats fill).

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Does my teen need an ADHD diagnosis? No. This program is a strong fit for students with ADHD, executive-function challenges, anxiety-related overwhelm, or “capable but inconsistent” patterns.

Is this only for students who are already struggling badly? No. Many families join because they want to prevent avoidable problems and build systems before college starts.

Can parents be involved? Yes. Parent support is part of the process, especially around expectations, communication, and helping your teen build independence without constant conflict.

What if we’re not sure whether group or 1:1 is better? That’s exactly what the free consult is for. I’ll help you choose the best-fit option based on your teen’s needs.

What if the group fills? You can join the waitlist and/or discuss a 1:1 option during the consult.

Let’s Build the Plan Before College Starts

If your teen is bright but not yet consistently independent, this is the right time to install the systems that make college life easier to manage.

Small group. Practical support. Real systems.
