The Site is owned and operated by Kristin Schleicher, a brand of Consulting To The Core LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to treating all personal information shared with us by our clients with care and respect.

Children and Parent-Only Submissions

Our Site and Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States, in compliance with COPPA). If information about children is collected, it is always provided by a parent or legal guardian.

For services such as the More Than Behavior™ Empathy Letters, parents/legal guardians may complete questionnaires about their child’s traits, challenges, and strengths, or may consent for their child to complete a questionnaire in school or at home. This information is used only to generate the requested letter and support the child’s learning environment.

For pilot programs offered at no cost (such as school-based testing of the Empathy Letters), parent/legal guardian consent is still required before any student may participate.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child without proper consent, please contact us at info@transformationtothecore.com and we will delete it immediately.

Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Order and Account Information – name, billing/shipping address, payment details, email, phone number.

• Questionnaire Information (Empathy Letters) – child’s first name, age, traits, behaviors, strengths, challenges, and parental observations. This is always provided by a parent/legal guardian.

• Device Information – browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies, log files, and web beacons.

How We Use Personal Information

• To process and deliver orders and services you request.

• To create personalized More Than Behavior™ Empathy Letters based on questionnaire responses.

• To communicate with you regarding your order and services.

• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

• To improve and optimize our Site and services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

With separate parent/guardian consent, we may use anonymized versions of letters (with names and identifying details removed) for educational purposes, conference presentations, or research to improve our services.

Consent for Questionnaires

By completing an Empathy Letter questionnaire, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian and that you consent to our processing the information you provide about your child solely for the purpose of generating the letter.

If your child completes a questionnaire at school, participation occurs only with documented parent/legal guardian consent.

Data Retention

• Questionnaire responses are retained only until the letter has been created and delivered, and for a maximum of 6 months thereafter (to allow for corrections or re-delivery). After this time, responses are securely deleted unless you have explicitly opted in for us to retain them for future services.

• Order records (such as invoices) may be retained as required by tax and business laws.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

• California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

• European residents have rights under GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent.

Marketing Communications

You may opt in separately to receive marketing emails or texts. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to receive Empathy Letters or other services.

We use secure third-party services (e.g., Wix, Tally, Google Drive) to process and store information. These providers may act as data processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

While no system is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access restrictions, and regular review of third-party security practices.
