The Happy Core™ helps children turn anxiety, phobias, and low self-esteem into calm, focus, and confidence—through creativity, movement, and proven mind-body tools. The Happy Core™ 3-Session Starter Path A personalized mind-body journey to help your child feel calm, confident, and capable. This highly individualized 3-session play-therapy–based program (3 × 90 minutes) is designed to meet your child exactly where they are—and guide them toward lasting emotional balance and self-confidence. Every child receives a tailored plan combining hypnotherapy, art therapy, brain-gym movement, breathwork, tapping (EFT), guided imagery, and parent coaching to create measurable, joyful change from the inside out. Each week builds upon the last, helping your child learn to: Regulate emotions and calm anxiety through simple, powerful techniques. Build focus and follow-through using brain-based executive-function tools. Develop confidence and positive self-talk through expressive art and guided visualization. Strengthen resilience and emotional intelligence for school, friendships, and home life. Transform “big feelings” into self-understanding and self-control. Parents are included every step of the way through brief coaching check-ins and at-home tools—because the most lasting change happens when the whole family feels empowered. Whether your child struggles with anxiety, ADHD, emotional outbursts, low confidence, or sensory overwhelm, The Happy Core™ offers a gentle, evidence-informed path forward—rooted in connection, creativity, and neuroscience. The program can also be deeply customized to address specific challenges such as phobias, low self-esteem, sleep issues, bed-wetting, or other emotional blocks, helping your child feel safe, proud, and in control again. Investment: $1,350 includes parent intake, 6 × 90-minute sessions with your child, personalized materials, and weekly parent coaching. Optional 3-Session Starter Path: $675 – begin with a gentle introduction and continue into the full program anytime. For families seeking a highly tailored, one-on-one experience, our private sessions are designed to meet your child exactly where they are. Each session is customized based on your child’s unique needs and uses a blend of brain-based techniques, hypnosis, and engaging activities to foster real, lasting transformation.
Cancellation Policy
At Transformation To The Core, your session time is reserved just for you. These guidelines help protect both your time and mine. 1. Booking & Payment– Sessions are booked online or by direct arrangement.– Fees are shared in advance. Payment is due at booking or on the day of the session, as agreed.– For packages/programs, payment in advance or payment plans may apply. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling– Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.– Changes made more than 24 hours in advance: no fee.– Changes within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the session fee. 3. Late Arrivals– If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.– Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show and charged in full. 4. Online Sessions– For online sessions, you are responsible for checking the correct time zone, internet connection, and a quiet, private space.– Technical issues on the client side may be treated as late cancellation/no-show. 5. Health & Suitability– Hypnotherapy and coaching are complementary approaches and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.– By booking, you confirm that you are able to participate and will inform me of relevant health or mental health conditions. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
