Cancellation Policy
- Payment-in-full due at time of appointment. - 24 hours' notice required for cancellations - Prepaid programs/sessions are not transferable - $75 fee for returned checks - Health insurance does not cover hypnotherapy in Florida, however I had clients, who got partly reimbursed from their Health Insurance after presenting my invoice. - No information will be released about you without your written consent except as required by law. - Currently Florida does not regulate hypnosis. Kristin abides by the National Guild of Hypnotists Code of Ethics. - For medical conditions a Referral Form from your Medical Provider is required.
