Welcome to The HapPy Core
 
My Name is Kristin, and I am so happy you are here! 

I am an ADHD mom of two amazing boys. One of my sons is gifted and navigates the world with both ADHD and Dyslexia—and while I see the superpowers that come with it, I also worry deeply about his mental health. ADHD and Dyslexia don’t just affect how children learn—they impact how they feel about themselves. I’ve seen firsthand how self-doubt creeps in, how frustration turns into anxiety, and how children start believing they are not enough—when in reality, they are brilliant, creative, and capable beyond measure. ADHD and Dyslexia often go hand in hand with anxiety, low self-esteem, and executive function challenges, making everyday tasks overwhelming. Traditional solutions focus on managing symptoms, but they rarely address the emotional toll these children face. That’s why I created The Happy Core—a program designed to help kids thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Using a holistic blend of hypnosis, brain training, and therapeutic techniques, The Happy Core helps children improve focus, manage emotions, and build lifelong confidence. By reprogramming thought patterns and strengthening essential life skills, we give them the tools to succeed—not just in school, but in life. I know the journey can feel overwhelming. But I also know that with the right tools, the right mindset, and the right support, our kids can shine. ✨ Welcome to The Happy Core—where we celebrate every child’s unique brilliance!

The Happy Core program uses proven techniques to help kids with ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and executive function challenges build focus, confidence, and emotional regulation in a fun and engaging way. 

Focus Improvement 🧠 Brain Gym Exercises – Fun body movements that help kids think clearer, focus better, and feel calmer. 🧠 Cross-Body Movements – Activities like touching the opposite knee to activate both sides of the brain, improving focus and coordination. 🧠 Memory Games – Simple exercises that make remembering names, numbers, and facts easier. 🧠 Pomodoro Technique (Work-Break Method) – A simple way to help kids stay on task by working in short, focused bursts with breaks in between. 🧠 Visualization for Learning – Teaching kids to “see” information in their minds to improve memory and concentration.
